Park in DHA Phase-6 Sector-A,

Can somebody confirm that park in DHA Phase-6 sector A ready? I know that Sector A and H have big parks but I don't know what is the current condition of this land.

Can anybody confirm?

I am out of Pakistan and planning to buy a plot close to this park. Can you guys advise whether this park is developed or not yet?

DHA Lahore Phase 6 A Block park is not developed yet. H block park is under development and jogging track is now ready there.

Dont buy a facing park plot. A great risk of privacy.You cant stop charsi people to see when you are home or going out.

I personally prefer buying a facing park plot for having a green view and fresh air / ventilation. I think privacy is not a big issue if one has a guard at the gate.

By the way, which is the best block to buy in DHA Ph-6 for building a house in one or two years?
