I am continuously checking this site and price range mentioned here for phase-1 is 28 to 44 lacs but rates are going beyond that limit?????i made my mind and resources as per the range given.......... can u plz give me detail is there any service road in front of 232 as it is just on main road edge.thanks |

Ahmad sahib the rate for plots corner facing part or wide road on corner are always cost min 10% more than average plots cause every one want to buy these plots. 28 to 44 lacs is rate for GENERL plots.

Thanks CMY sb...i thought u give min and max price range of plots...i miss understood ...this A232 is final in 42...coz this is facing park and also on main road..there is no consistency in rates...may be wen i come to Pakistan in April, this price also reach 47 or 50 |
