Do the Bahria Town authorities allow Medical/Dental Clinics, Beauty Parlors or Educational Academy on residential plots? Is it allowed to design & construct a building for the said purposes from the very begning?

BOE! you are right that facing commercial plaza is a negative feather if the plot is to be used for residential purpose.There will be on concept of privacy in such case. Yes a seller may advertise it as a feature to get a good price but keeping in view our social norms, the case is otherwise.
AG has also raised a valid question that why BT shall allow to carry out commercial activity when a proper commercial area already exists there. |

dear all,i am sorry, plot is not exactly in front of plaza.plot no.368 is exactly in front of commercial plaza(which is corner plot).my plot is next to corner plot.first see the site physically then decide & comment,i think mr. bahria overseas enclave is a dealer,when he will sell(for example,) this plot.his opinion will be absolutely opposite. thanks. |
