Dear All As salamualaikum
I have a very serious problem in my home in Rawalpindi Cantt. The seepage from the Severage flows from my neighbour house to my house through back wall. I have been requesting him for the last couple of years and he is not in a mood to rectify this issue. I have become Mentally sick because of this. My underground tank and open area of Kitchen is under threat. Boundary wall is also exposed due to this seepage
Please advice what to do. Cann board is not listening at all, and the neighbour is not bothered at all

First of all be patient. Request him in written, if to no avail take him to court. |

Since you are in cantonement area. File a complaint with cantonement board as well. |

it is matter of few thousands, pay and get it fixed your self.
if he is not worried for the neighbour you show the grateness and take the pride,
There are many people to spoil the society but we need who can repair or built

This is only myth going to court spending money and time begging for insaaf. If u are not exposed going court earlier then the best way Mr. JK has suggested to u embank upon it. U will be saved from two fold torture of wakeel and judge. |
