Dear CMY,
I need to ask the following things.
1. How much is the file price of DHA Islamabad Phase 2 (NOT Extension).
2. How good is if I get DHA Islamabad Phase 2 extension file for investment perspective & how much time will be required for its development.
3. Is there any option to get the file on Installements?

First of all i would suggest you to buy a plot not file in phase 2 because that gives you peace of mind in total rather than put yourself in mystery situation.
Secondly DHA islamabad extension project in term of future home or inverstment purpose in sector B or C are recommended.
Sector B & C have got right to construct house on it as 200 map are in process of approval in DHA for construction.
But other sector may take about 2-3 years for getting approval for construction
Thirdly you may get file directly from any owner who has not yet paid his/her installments.
