No owner will sell you file of DHA phase 9, until & unless you find someone who will be really dying for money. Actually most of the buyers are those who bought phase 9 files between 20Lac to 30Lac, how do you expect from them that they will sale their file @ 14L. Yes you might find some villagers who were allotted these files against their agree land, for them it is still worth to dispose off these file at current rate. Unfortunately these villagers are not familiar to such real estate web site therefore they are contacting to property dealers or property dealers are contacting them to sell their file to the open market. Therefore its better to contact LRE or any other reliable property dealer instead of wasting your time to search the file on this web. Good Luck |
