dear brother and friends,
i am very sorry for my late reply for this i do appologise from u.i was little sick and busy.today i am free to write something.i know people are very anxious to hear something good news about parkview ballot who have been holding parkview files since many years like me.i am also very anxious like u because i also have lot of desire to build my dream house like other people.for this purpose i choose parkview but got stuck like other people.
i read many people comments about me and one brother claim that i tell stories.i felt very sorry to read this.i never told u false stories.in september october someone spread rumour in market that parkview ballot is going to held in november and at that time i also claim that its not possible that ballot will held in november and at that time i also claim that ballot will be held in months of june july and august.please check my previous posts about this.i never changed my statements and again i am saying that 90% chances are ballot will be held in end of may(last two weeks)or in the months of june.soon dha will announce the date of ballot.
and as i told u already about the location of these files that 90% chances are these files will go across the burky road near paragon or behind paragon.rest Allah knows better.please check my previous posts to say something false aboht me. |

thanks a lot for Allah rakha and cmy,s detailed answers.cmy sahib please tell me one thing if parkview files get adjusted Z block of dha 8 across barki road in front of LSE then what will be the rate of these one kanal and 10 marla plots after ballot without development and with development charges.i want to ask ur opinion about parkview ballot when will be held(just asked ur opinion).
sir i want to ask one more thing you are selling some installment plots for example if one plot is in 40 lacs is this price included with development charges.if i buy this 40 lacs plot in installment how much lump sum money i have to pay to owner and how much in installment.please guide me.thanx |
