The difference between Nawaz Sharif and Imran Khan is that one goes to London for his medical treatment each time he has an issue, while the latter has built a world class hospital (SKMH) in Pakistan so that the poor and downtrodden also get the same medical treatment here at no cost

Mein ek ghreeb ko janta hoo jo us ke hopital meindoran-elaj fouth ho gaya to wo bagheir payment kiyey us ki dead body bhee nehin uthane de rehe the. Un ghreebon ne milne julne waloon se teen lakh rupees udhar le kar payment kee to un ko deadbody hospital se uthane dee. Hospital ke kamai per hi to wo apnee leedery chamka reha he. Pehle us ne Yahoodion ke kandhe per beith kar prime minister ban ne ka khawab dekha, Lekan us ki na laiqeeon ko dekhte hooey woh bhee us ka saath schord gaey .

Please do not spread false rumors about Shaukat Khanim Hospital. My wife had gone cancer tratment from this hospital. I had to pay for treatment because as per the assessment which is made at the Walk-in clinic my income was more to qualify for free treatment. Unfortunately my wife could not survive after a long treatment.But the poor who qualify for free treatment can get 100 percent free medical treatment including admission, treatment and medicines.I had seen their admission system and it is simple and no 'parchi' is used for admission.
More than 50 percent patients are treated free of charge in this hospital.
I am neither a politician nor a member of any party, but am writing these words to clear Awan statement who write without proper research. We should be fearing ALLAH for giving false statements.
Please go and see the rush of CANCER patients i SK Hospita.Imran Khan is getting blessings of millions of these patients.

Let us be realistic. If Imran has made one hospital; Shareefs have built a huge medical complex. Cancer hospital collects donations and took help of government help in the form of free land (no objection on that), Shreefs are managing and footing the cost from the family resources. Let us be balanced and fair in our comments.

Awam is carrying propaganda in the name of awam. A friend of mine from KP told me that his brother got cacer and admitted in SKM on merit. One of diplomats relative was Doctor in Hospital, who (diplomat) gave parchi to my fried for his brother. While my friend gave parchi to his brother he told "if this time (in line) Imran comes he will stand in the que for his return. They (hopital) made difference committee to evaluate income and decide to pay or free treament according to income brackes. It is loudable on part of Management of the hospital. I agree with JK that sharaif are criminals like every body. One of his tout occupied my house forcible when this sharif (Khadim) was siting in London. After the death of the occupant the house was restored to me.

For everyones' information Imran Khan himself needed treatment from SKMH a few years back. His staff asked to give him preferred treatment, to which IM refused. He not only got in the line, like every one else, but he PAID 100% OF MEDICAL EXPENSES FROM HIS OWN POCKET!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!

When I hear false allegations about character of Imran Khan, I feel Pakistan does not even deserve a noble person like him. He is too good of a human for people like Mr so called 'Awan' and so some extent 'Mr Khan'.

@Awam, you are NO awam. You are a 'JAHIL AWAM'. Don't get me started on this subject, you ... (removed by moderator. Sir please be polite in your expressions. Thanks. It will add to the weight of your argument.)

We are fine to be ruled by “certified thieves” like Zardari, The Shariffs and alike.

Actually all the corrupt politicians are scared of Imran Khan`s popularity because people have found a sincere and brave leader. Majority of our country want to change the system so they want to elect Imran Khan. Only those people who are involved in illegal activities want to keep the same system and will elect these politicians again.
Any person who wants peaceful, self sufficient, respectful and developing Pakistan will support Imran Khan.
I am sure that with the help of God IK will be a very successful PM of Pakistan.

In last thirty years I have always seen God`s special help for Imran Khan.
Because "God helps those who help themselves".
Everyone knows what Imran has done for Pakistan even before getting any power and now look at special help by God.
When IK entered in politics there were Benazir, Sharifs, Chaudries and Bhagora. Now
1- Benazir is died and any patriot Pakistani will never vote Zardari.
2- Sharifs ran away at the time of need so all Pakistanis have seen their reality.
3- Chaudries showed their reality in the Govt. of Bhagora.
4- Both Bhagoras are in London even before Sharifs.
Now with the help of God there is only IK to lead the country.
Zar&Co., Sharifs, Chaudries or any bhagora will be voted by people like them and majority of Pakistanis are not like them.

Imran Khan has God with him, no doubt. You guys know why? Because he has served the people of Pakistan with OUT any discrimination or self interest. IK has done what no other politician has done (Mr Edhi being other but he is not a politician; may Allah give both a long life).

It is a matter of figure among ciphers. Imran Khan who has many qualities, for sure, registered a case of money laundering against Altaf 'Bhai, in UK courts and have time and again declared him fascist.I wonder why he has not persued that case any further. The latest is his telephonic contact with Altaf and discussion with him matters of mutual interest. They are all the same the question is only of more or less.

Imran sure thought Musharaf was a savior and thats why he supported his his referendum. He later offered his regrets. But only shows how novice he is. He believes in ends not in the means to the ends. He talks democracy but in his mental guts I have serious doubts about his political vision. He sure is not corrupt on monetary issues. He rightly has kept the issue of his son being in UK out of the discussions of the local politics.

Khan sahib, First good thing you have accepted that IK is honest. Second all of these three topics you raised have been discussed in detail with IK with 100% satisfactory answers. You are out of touch and I suggest that you listen to those interview directly from Imran Khan. They are all over the internet for your information.

There is no other leader like IK in Pakistan. People said the same thing about M. Ali Jinnah of being not a good politicians. We need som eone like IK who can deliver results and not BS politics.

mr awam agar imran khan had collecting the money from the people for whome people he collected the money only for the people of pakistan not to fill his own pockets.did u collect any money or me to do something good.if we have little money in our pockets immediatly we run to buy any plot or shop for our own self.
nawaz shareef ne jo hospitals ya kuch or apni jaib se banaya ha itni to oos ki saal ki zakat hi ban jaati ho ge.zahir ha wo zakat in hi kaamoon per lagaye ga aur apnay bachoon per to laganay se raha.imran khan went door to door he beged for money only for his own country for nobal cause.oos k paas jo kuch thaa oos ne wo sab in kaamoon pe laga dia.even to do something good for his own country for his own people he destroyed his marital life.he did never think about himself but only for his own people.
one day he was giving an interview he said word cup jeetnay ka mera purpose sirf ye thaa k mein word cup jeetnay k baad logoon k paas jaoon ga aur oon se paisay akathay kroon ga aur cancer hospital banaoon ga.and he did this very big job.kisi aur player ne ye sab kioun nahein kia because kisi aur k dil mein wo jazba nahein thaa jo oos k dil mein thaa aur Allah ne oos ki madad ki.jab insaan ki neeat achi ho to to Allah rastay khoud he khol deta ha.

The politics and leadership in Pakistan is about sentiments, not issue.I do not know from where some one got the impression that peoplee thought Quaid e Azam was not politician. Difference of opinion is a part of democracy in which he was a total believer. I am only a small student of politics. I howevr believe and have seen that Imran Khan does not have a democratic mental frame.
