AoA All, I am trying to find all posts/ads concerning 'D-12' sector of Islamabad. I tried searching by 'D-12' in the search box but nothing comes up. Could anyone please give me an idea how to do this specific search. Thanks. Ijaz

I think the LRE Search functionality is not working at all. Are there any specific questions you have? I am sure many of the brothers on this site can provide the latest and greatest answers to your questions.

Thanks KS, I would like to make it simple. I need to sear all posts and questions relation to 'D-12' Sector in Islamabad. I was trying to search with the term 'D-12' and there are lot of posts relating to this but nothing coming up through search.

I always find search function of LRE very helpful.
Please search your with the following string.

Dear MH, Thanks for your answer. However, searching 'islamabad d12' wont bring any result at all. Most people have written D12 as 'D-12' and I was wondering if there is any possibility of finding all these posts through one search which at present doesnot seem possible on this forum. Regards,

Dear Ijaz, You are doing fine. It's thus web site search functionality that is not currently working. Admin for this site has to fix it. Yes, D-12 or D12 would do once the search works.

It is very easy to searhc, dont use search funtion here
Just go to google.com and type in search D12 +lahorerealestate.com

And by magic you will get all post about D12 on this site ;)

Liek this less load on the website and fast search result :P

You should not go for the very old comments about any property in Pakistan, as they are not valid any more!

A lot has been changed since then.

If you want peaceful and nice living in Rawalpindi/Islamabad, There are only two options: DHAI & Bahria Town.

Although, there, property is still depreciating but life is only for once and you would only come to know about the beautiful living once you have actually moved in. All the problems are just one call away and problems will be solved magically, even an Email message will do.

But if you want to live where property never depreciates, then only one option: CDA sectors.

But with CDA, problems are inevitable: garbage collection, tax matters and other problem follow up is always a pain. The rents in CDA (exclude VIP sectors) sectors are matching with DHA’s, if you calculate with investment versus return formula.

For CDA info, do not labor yourself with old postings; just call Mr. Nadeem as He is the most informed man in this regard
