I need the worthy help from reader to this prestigious forum both moral/legal and sound reference to solve my under mentioned problem.
We have family property in Distt. Sargodha and now days we are making construction on it.
More than eight months earlier we deposited the map along with fee and also give sweet charges (bribe) to relevant clerk known to me for formal approval of this map. He assured us that ur should not worried and can start ur work. Someone also told us that if map is not approved by relevant body within 6 months it is deemed approved which I don’t have any legal reference.
Just a month(s) back my brother start construction on that and two lenters had constructed on it. Today we received a notice from Techsil Officer copying to TMO stating that “you start construction without permission” and instructing that u should demolish the same within three days otherwise our staff will demolish the same.
I personally contacted to TMO on phone (as I am in Lahore due to job) what is the problem with him he told me that somebody send us a complaint and ur map is not approved and hence we issued notice. Further he was not aware that said map is deposited more than 8 months ago.
Now u expert friend do some help to solve the matter. Should we go for stay or approached to any MNA/MPA or any senior civil servants?
I shall highly thankful for early response.

Constuction without map approval is ilegal. I do not think court will grant stay in this case. Netter meet map approval athorites to get map approved. Or tey to get time from TMO may be on eor two months for map approval. Chief minser to strict in this issue.
Meting MNA mpa useless. No one can interfere in this issue. Better met Tmo and give application in writting that map is under aproval. grant some time, This is my personal opinino. Do what u fel best for yourself. |

The solution is again retrospective bribe to them who had not taken their proper share that u given to the clerk. Be maganimous (frakhdil) and give heavy amount in bribe u will be saved from allworst. |
