Do check Gulberg (i.e. IBEHS Phase III) which is almost touching Naval Anchorage.

Gents, as far as the development is concerned it is the best in Pakistan. For living it is a dream place, with minimal service charges. There is no problem there now, has all kind of amenties are available inside and Sihala is 2km away.It has two access roads to Islamabad highway, one is exclusive and 1.6km only from higway, other is Japan road. You can not compare Gulburg to it. Gulberg will take 10 years to reach to the point, where Anchorage was 5 years ago. JK apparently you are not well informed about Anchorage or your information is very old.

Can you name the primary and high school within the area ? is there a developed commercial area to buy daily grocery i.e. vegetable and fruit. Which block is best ? how many of houses are constructed percent wise ? how many families are living there ? Is there any transport society owns and what public transport is available or one have to have own transport to live there ?

and finally is there any masjid within the area ? how many and what blocks ?
