Comments required on Cabinet Division Housing Society Islamabad,

Dear Readers,

I am planning to purchase a plot of size one kanal (500 yards) in Cabinet Division Housing Society (CDECHS Islamabad). The sector i like is E-16/3 only.

I want your comments on this deal.What is the future of this society. Should i invest in this.As i want to build house in next five years in this society.

Dear Asif, I think this is the best investment in Zone II. This Housing has been developed by Habib Rafiq to the highest standard and most of the land of this society is levelled.
I have been told that there has been work started for provision of sui gas. If it is right than I belive it would be the first housing society in Islamabad where sui gas has been provided before the construction activity is acutally started. I belive as soon as there are few houses built the value of land will increas manifold.
There are few plots which are under high voltage transmission line and they have less investment value so please visit the place when you decide to invest there. Thanks. Ijaz

Good investment if u buy plot on main boulevard,it is 100 ft wide and plot no.21-28 are better than any other plots and if plot is not available on main boulevard then try to buy in 2,3,4 no. streets but these streets are only 40 ft wide.

I think that this project is being over-hyped by people who bought cheap and now are trying to offload at a substantial profit. I visited this area several months ago and was not impressed. Check the market and other options carefully before trying to establish the worth of these plots. Also please visit all the sites personally.

Indeed Its a good investment but not for 1 or 2 years, at least for 5 years. and as you are looking for building house after 5 years so its the best option for you.
Those who say look for other options, can anyone tell what other options do we have? Only G-15 is but thats almost at double price.
I think the prices will remain still for 1 or 2 years. The development is little slow.

Mian Nadeem sahib what is the profitable investment in islamabad for 30 to 35 lacs.with reasons and whats ur opinion about naval anchorage.
