Salam,
Can i buy a plot in DHA on exhibiting only Passport (and of-course the money as well)without CNIC?
Actually my CNIC is expired but manual passport (issued in Singapore) is still valid. I will visit Pakistan for few days and will not be able to get my ID card renewal.

No sooner you arrive in Pakistan, check with NADRA office for issuance of renewed CNIC on an urgent basis, otherwise DHA Lahore never transact any deal without CNIC. Their dealing is very transparent and up to the mark! |

Does these NADRA offices out of Pakistan (e.g., here in Jeddah) not issue or renew the CNIC? Any idea? |

NADRA office in Jeddah is near Pakistani Consulate, behind Shola market on Madina Road. They do issue and renew CNIC. It takes about 30 days for ordinary request...for urgent I think 1 week. |

If you just have a receipt that you have applied for new card and a valid passport DHA Lahore wont have any problem at transfer. I had few transfers of clients just on these NIC applied for receipts.
