Can any body guide me in this forum about the following questions abour CDA approved Society "Cabinet Division Employees Cooperative Housing Society"

1- What are the rates of Main Boulevards of E-16/3 and E-16/2

2- What are the rates of streets 2-4 of E-16/3.

What about the rates of E-16/3 and E-17/3.

Which areas of these two sectors will be much profiting.
Main Boulevards plots in E-16/3 are in much depression and near big nallah.


Kindly comment and guide me about the prices.

I think plots in E-16/2 streets 1-6 are better in terms of their approach, near to green area compared to E-16/3

cream of the sector is street 1, e-16/3. then 2-4. boulevard of e-16/3 is nalla and boulevard of e-16/2 only margalla face plots are better. other best streets of e-16/2 are street 26 pindi face plots- street 2 pindi face plots- and then street 21,22,23,24

note this down when you visit the area next time. do not buy very cheap plot in depression.
