Usman Best is LDA AVENUE jublee town is also belong to LDA but most of plots are small 5 marla.
Ismir is 2nd after Lda and it side by side of Canal and already developed.All three soucities are good for residece

lda avenue 1 back of izmir is still no much development no house built just roads are to good ....no parks school is build a major thing is no security this area but after some years lda avenue is too good ..... it is best for investment purpose of minimum five to seven years......jublee town is same like lda avenue but development work is better than lda one thing is jubilee small plots more than one kanal .....like 3 5 7 10 marlas..... izmir town is good developed wide roads minimum main bolevard road are built every neccesaties are available here medical clinic 2 mousque commercial markets zohra mart is here large school parks izmir town is little expensive too lda and jubilee but i feel residence and investment purpose safe ... in izmir 1 2 kanal plots are so much rather than 10 5 marlas 10 5 marlas are in extension many houses built in izmir..... .its my point of view see societies and judge urself n tell me because i interested to buy help me what i do

ya i see izmir society many large houses are built like 32 kanal,16 , 8 ,4 ,2 kanal houses built here 1kanal 10 and 5 marlas are also here nice for residence place n secure investment too a new project of izmir is jinnah mall ..... lda aevnue is good too but for a long term investment

sir jinnah mall is under izmir extension, i know it is situated at main bolevard of jubilee town.....but jinnah mall name is jinnah mall izmir....mid of this year izmir roads renewed.....

For Investment i think LDA because it is not populated therefore prices are lesss as compare to Izmir( it is enough populated) and U can start your house today in izmir.

Everybody has own views. This is best time to invest in Jubilee town than other two izmir already saturated and LDA-I is unforeseenable. Jubilee town has afordable price at the moment and it wil rise at leasts 2 lakh after gas network. see my assment in the month of june.

Go for any society on canal road. If you could reach Jubilee Town, than just think of Bahria Town with better facilities.

lda avenue has letigation issues ..... i also face litigations issue ...lda is started on 2004 and now 2011 they cannot give possesion after 8 years ....its my dream to make home....

lda avenue is a long term project ......it takes time like johar town .....it has a large covered area it is for investment not for residence
