I have noticed since last few days that prices are now steadily rising in Phase-6.I own a plot in Sec L for which I was offered 58 Lac a month back. Now I being offered 63 Lac.
Mr CMY to comment please.Is it due to Beacon House School or some thing else

I am also getting lot of tele calls to sell my plot in phase 6, K sec. Previously the things were very calm....offer is about 8 lacs more than what it was six months back |

Yes its true prices are rising due to Beacon House School in block J & L they have to plan to start classes last quater of 2011.So In last months of 2011 prices are 8 to 10 lacs higher than current price. |

that sounds crazy, one school cannot raise the prices, i think agents are just jumping and trying to create the hype. |
