AOA,
I am living in UK and planning to build house for my family in Lahore. I need expert advice from you guys. Is there any scheme where I can buy a plot and start construction in next 6 months? I can invest about 12-14 lacs rupees.
I was thinking of LDA avenue or Bahria Town. I am told that I can buy 10 marla plot in LDA avenue for this money or 5 marla in Bahria town...
ANy thoughts and suggestion please?

I think best choice for you is an 8 marla plot in any one of Ali, Usman & Umer blocks of Bahria Town Lahore.

AA.You should visit Jubille town development complete and construction on going rapidly gas will be within 3 to 4 months.prices very reasonable and you can handsome gain after 6 months.10 marla plot will be in your budget.You can start your home today.It near about 5 to 7 km from bahria town sea A and 13 km near from sec C.Visit and decided approavh from canal and double road already complete from thokar to Jubilee town. |

No harm. Haider Bhai, if possible, have a round of both Jubilee Town & Bahria Town before you make up your mind.
Let us all pray to Allah Rab-ul-Ezzat for a small house for every Pakistani family who does not have one.

agar apko dur ki problem nai then i suggest behria town....wrna jubilee town is better in ur range see and suggest urself because location for residence is very important u cant beleive anyone we just suggest u |

BAHRIA TOWN IS FAR FAR AWAY FROM LAHORE. BETTER TO BUY A PLOT IN EDEN GARDENS ON FEROZEPURE ROAD, COMPARITIVELY MUCH BETTER LOCATION THAN BAHRIA TOWN AND COMMUNICATION CONNECTION IS ALSO BETTER THEN BAHRIA.
