Low cost schemes initiated by Sahir Associates is wonderful effort for low class income people of Pakistan.

More Such schemes must be brought at large scale in other places of Lahore as well as other cities.

It is an undeniable fact that the purchase power of the people has fallen very badly in Pakistan due to rising and non controlling of prices of everything.

People are unable to afford expensive homes.

So well done you are doing very well.

They will give these 200 low price houses to their own people and buy it back to sell at higher prices later and trap 5000 stupid people that will book a new plot in Khayaban E Amin thinking developer Sahir Associates is really good. They planned and executed same trap last time.

Please dont fall for this trap and crap. As reader of this website you should be much smarter than that.

Khayaban E Amin, you are hundred percent true, they trap the people very clever way, mr.zeshan, athar, and some more group people, inshallah people will catch their neck youm ul qayyama.They cheat people in their contract document very decent way, and never full fill comitments,they only need money and that they got from innocents gentle and needy peoples.Most of the developer are becoming millionair by cheating, traping public and using their hard earned money.One day all these will be counted for that...INSHALLAH PREY.

what about DHA, they are perhapes the biggest looter and badmash, no one has any fear about QIAMAT, about two years passed paying full developement charges for phase-7. No plot so far and if tereare any news only for few blocks not for all ph-7. See why they took charges for all ph-7, now dha is eating the interest of our money given to them for developement charges. They should pay fine to the plot holder not giving them plots as dha took fine for late payments.

I am looking for the sincere advice regarding apartment of 5 marla in Khyaban e Amin.

Please tell I have applied for the recent offer of 5 marla apartment in Khayaban e amin and deposited 5000 advance for the draw/ballot. I have done this becuase i want to invest my little savings somewhere for th future. Also i have seen Lahore Real State recommendation on this site that if some one qualifies should must apply as management of khyaban e amin is serious to handover the apartments to the buyer.

Please tell me should i still go for this if i get through the draw/ballot or not. Because reading the posts here scaring me.

khayaban e amin nihayat hi jhooti aur ghatiya society he, ye 5 saal se ham se jhoot boltey aa rehe hain, mujhey phir bhi samaj nahi aati k log hamara haal dekhne k baad bhi is me invest kiu ker rehe hain. pese ikathey kerne ka target pura hone k baad ye phir se 5 saal k liye gum jaen ge. zeeshan, waqar, aur sahir khud sab fraud hain. jis begherti se zeeshan baat kerta he us ko jutey marne chahye.

AOA, all brothers/friends, be careful from sahir associates, not good developer, big liers, trappers and cheaters, i suffer them from 2004, paid down payment 22lakh for 1 kanal (may 2004) with commitment that in august 4004 in ballot i will get plot, for six years they use my money, now gave me plot in s-block in the end near boundary wall,i prey ALLAH (swt)award them big punishment here and after, all office staff including sahir rashid big lier, so friends learn from our experience dont give them your hard earned money, the main problem no law to protect buyer rights, if there is pls let us know on this forum.Thanks and Regards

if you people are feeling sahir associate is not doing good with clinets then why any one go to the consumer court?
consumer court protect the customers and clients like that.
