How much should I sell a parkview 10 marla file for realistically?
Moreover, is anything happening re balloting of parkview files?

mr junaid parkview ballot matter has gone discussed many times.please check previous post regarding parkview ballot.nothing new.i will must add this is not time to sell something but time is buying. |

On the contrary, I have gone to DHA office twice during the past few weeks and both times it was filled with people with lots of transfers taking place and heard the same story from many dealers. Prices are also a reflection of similar phenomenon. |

@ Junaid, I also own a PV file of one Kanal for last 4 years. I have stopped thinking about it any more. Sooner or later DHA will ballot and develop PV files. Unless you desparately need money, I would recommend NOT to sell your file at this time.
One thing is sure that you will get a plot and your investment is safe. |

mr khan is absolutly right.even i will recommend if dha brings new plots in parkview of 5 and 10 marlas as cmy told already we should buy it in installments for three years installments and parkview will be early developed than dha8 proper as Z block of dha8.i am ready to buy 10 marla plot on installment on three years. how many people want to buy 10 marla plot on installment there. |
