What is the future of the DHA phase 8 proper. i mean the installments are being paid quarterly but still no development is started. the location is very good as it is linked to two interchanges of ring road and is located in front of airport. what is the future of investment in this phase. please coment on it

DHA phase 8 proper plots have gained well since ballot but I don't see any growth in it until DHA 6 prices rise min 10 to 20 lacs during next 12 to 24 months.
Business in DHA 6 7 and DHA 5 ext have picked up but DHA 8 is almost dead as no deals happening there. DHA 9 transactions have also slowly getting better recently.
Transfers in DHA have doubled this month compared to last month. This is mainly too much buying in DHA 6 and good thing is 99% people want to make a house there and not buying these plots for investment.
