I need a professional and sincerely advise on:
I possess 8Kanal (commercial) area on main riwind road, situated approx. 500meters after crossing Bahria Orchard on main riwind road. As I am residing abroad, therefore couldn’t identify the best utilization of this land.
Can anyone advise me; what is the present market rate of this land?

is it mouza irraiyaan? and how much front on raiwind road u got of this land? u got its commercial docs? and at the moment its a mere land or something is built there? |

Mr. Daud,
1. It is in “District Pajian” opposite to “Haier Factory”.
2. Front is 200ft
3. It is a mere land
4. Legal documents are clear and with me. As far as commercial docs are concerned please advise shall we have to acquire from LDA? As per my info it is commercial land.
