What is the procedure for buying or selling DHA Lahore Plot?
How much time it takes for verification and getting NDC.

A buyer pays token to seller submits the transfer fee to DHA Lahore and next day transfer is completed in less than 30 minutes. From start to finish a transfer can be completed in less than 24 hours.
Seller should have his NDC or NOC if needed ready before he decide to sell a plot. NDC takes 2 days. Plot ownership verification takes one day. If needed a NOC takes 10 days.

kindly advise if plot owner varification is must for transfer
as last year i transfered a plot directly on my name from dha office while the owner came to the dha office and handed over his previous allotment letter to dha lahore
thumb impression took place and i got new allotment letter the same day by paying urgent fee |
