How is the V Block of DHA LHR Ph. 7. When the posession is expected. What is the price range. A good corner or park facing plot with no negatives?

Other than plots around or near village Chak Deera V block of DHA 7 is ok. Plot price range in V block DHA7 is 36 to 42 lacs. Facing golf is 43 to 45 lacs.

Hassan Bhai, thanx for your input. BTW how would one know that a plot is or not around the village Deera, since the Map does not indicate the village as far as I know.
