Where do u live in Islamabad. we are living in Rawalpindi and want to meet u for the speech therapy of our child of three years. He is deaf and using hearing ads since one year. He is not responding the voice. Can we meet u for the speech therapy of our child.. please answer me

DEAR Madam
i am graduate of computer,i have a little bit stummer problem
when i speak to some one my breath stop,and also my voice is stop
,some time i fell better,there is no problem in reading the holy quran
and english news paper,due to this problem i can't contonue my further
education .Mphil,PhD,pls help me in this situation,as soon as
possible,and i have plan to go to saudi arabia ,so as son as possible
i go there to islamabad for speach theoropy.my age is 24 and my
stummer start in the age of 8 year.
