I am going to buy a plot in DHA Phase 6 i dont have any idea of documents what kind of doucments i should get from saller & dha office as i am a buyer plz explain in details,

If you buy a house plot or file in DHA Lahore after transfer you will only get a sale deed signed stamp paper from seller along with received on pay order photo copy.
You will get a receipt from DHA Lahore office that all needed document are submitted to DHA office and you will get an allocation or allotment letter after 15 days. ( You can also pay an urgent fee of Rs 6000 and get this allocation or allotment letter in 2 to 3 days).
All other docs from seller and buyers are kept in DHA file in DHA office by DHA Lahore.
