i want to know that which society is best for future investmnet and residential purpose NFC phase II, State life Phase II, AWT Phase II, Sui Gas Phase II

In my opinion NFC2 is better location better priced and better choice in these three.
NFC2 location is good. All needed land is in developers possession and can be verified with a site visit and boundary wall in HS. You can also see on going on ground development work. Price is lowest in all above options.
State Life phase 2 location is good but land is too deep to get developed and is in small patches here and there with many pockets. Also there are very serious corruption charges on past management as few newly elected officials have recently resigned due to major issues in housing scheme running affairs like loans etc and there is a slight ((((CHANCE))))) of this scheme could be under NAB investigation ((((IN FUTURE))))) due to these major issues.
AWT 2 is very safe investment as its a military scheme but development standard is very very poor. It was developed almost two decades ago but still not many houses in it. People these days are looking for wide roads and under ground utilities large parks etc.
Sui gas phase 2 is also a a very large housing scheme. Development standard is very good but location is not very good as its away from Raiwind road.
I try to share with you facts that no dealer will ever want to share with you. I gave my above honest opinion to help you make a better choice.I dont own any plot or file in any of above scheme. I deal all above schemes. I dont want to hurt or favor your investment in any of above schemes. Please do a lot of research on your own before Buying or Selling in above scheme. Buy or sell in these schemes at your own risk.

Dear Progress
Central park group is another bundle of chore.They have not bought the land ,where as they sold plots in 2005.I am victim.I bought 1k plot in B-Block in 2005,still there is not plot on site .
