I want to inquiry following points about NFC II.
1- What are development charges for 5 Marla , 10 Marla and 1 kanal plot?
2- What is estimated time for possession?

Current development charges are 1.5 lacs, 3.00 lacs and 6 lacs. Most likely NFC2 will impose additional development charges as pace of development is really slow and cost is likely to go up.
No official announcement from society on when possession will be granted, but my guess is society might start giving possession in next 2 years and it might take 5 years before society is fully developed and possession granted. |

Mr. Anwer has given the facts. additional development charges is a heresay and not a final authority. There are good news coming up regarding development and additional features related to development.possession, however, may take couple of more years. this website has never been in fovour of nfc. admin may like to review policies. thanx |
