What is the status of payment when the sale deed is made on a stamped paper?
To my knowledge, the full and final payment should be made when the plot/house in DHA is transferred on the name of purchaser. Whereas, I have observed that purchaser makes full payment just on the sale deed and rest of the transfer procedure follows in due course of time. As per legalities, the seller can not demand full payment before the property is transferred on the name of purchaser.
