Dear brothers.

My budget is 20 lakh.

I want to buy a 5 Marla plot in Lahore. I want to buy in central region of Lahore and construct my house in next 6 months to 1 year.

Which society would be best in this budget and plot size.

I don't want to go for DHA or Bahria Town.

Please advise.

Ali if you want to spend 20 lacs for 5 marla plot then get something in johar town Q,P,R blocks where the value will be much higher as the time passes. It already reached its peak value but the development of roads and other facilities like shops, banks, restaurants,etc are really remarkable. Plus the plots are ready to construction when ever you want. If you want to wait for 6 months or a year that's your choice and will then get your value of plot raised which is also a plus point. I think pls go for some developed society like johar town, wapda town etc. if you are spending such amount of budget.
If you go to Jubilee Town you can get a 5 marla plot for 9- 10 lac which also saves your money and you can wait for a year to get it more developed.Pak Arab is also good but not as good as these above mentioned modern societies. The choice is yours. Best of Luck.
