I have made an investment 3-4 yrs ago in Elite Town 5 Marla Plot.
Recently visited the town and the 10 marla houses are constructed and the area and lanes are devloped and maintained. but the 5 marla area is still not touched.
My question is inshallah after 3 years i shall be in position to construct my own house but not in Elite Town somewhere near Allama Iqbal Town, how much will my plot cost if i will sale after 3 yrs and if i sale now how much will it cost.
currently the dealer was saying it is around 6-7 lac and told me to hold on to the plot for another 2 3 yrs to get good income.
