You might have experience of the situation when deal is concelled after Stamp papers are already purchased , is it possible to get refund of stamp papers??

I recently purchased 600 sq ft office space on Gulberg Main BLVD at round about Liberty chowk from my brother, my question is what's the procedure to transfer it from Seller like how much is CVT, Stamp Duty and who complete the paper work. If some one knows any one who can do the job on timely manner please let me know. |
