if u can mention more detail like following it will be easy for expert to give u nearst price. The phase of PCSIR i.e ph. 1 or ph. 2 and what is block and plot no. as prices vary for phsae, block and plot no.
the over all range can say 18/20 to 30/32 lacs.

Thank you very much for your kind reply. PCSIR Staff Cooperative Colony ( Its not PCSIR Employees it is staff colony) is located at College Rd. near Ghazi Chowk, Block is 'E' Plot size is 8marla & 140ft.

PCSIR Staff is a junk society. Poorly developed and lack of everything. Its far less than in standard as compared to PCSIR 1,2. You are living in dream and demanding high enough. Its better to find a 10 marla plot in Nespak and Punjab Society instead in this range, than goin to PCSIR Staff.

well i've receive an offer of Rs. 1820000 for this plot but am not sure if this price is the right price.

As it is not exact 9 marla rather 8.5 marla. One of my collegue who was searching for the same told me the price of 10 marla is around 17/18 lacs for good plot.
Just check the market and accept this worthy offer.
