A very sad news for Baria town Lahore sector C commercial plot holders. Bahria town have turned many parks into commercial plots to mint new money. With this action many facing park commercial plots are no longer facing park so shave off 10% or more from the prices. Also all main boulevard commercial plots on ring are no longer facing main blvd and facing only 5 marla plots. Almost 80 new 5 marla commercial plots in market will also hurt commercial plots prices at least for the short term.


For now only middle two parks are turned into plots but be ready to see other smaller four parks to be turned into commercial plots.

In future Bahria town may change any park and make it a commercial plot.

Poor Malik Riaz has paid 55 lacs for Hajj bill, ALLAH Knows whether he has earned SAWAB or AZAAB for this act.Any how by paying this bill he has really gone poor and he is justified to recover this from the members and parks etc.
I am worried about my Awami Villa which will be further delayed due to above loss of POOR, MISKEEN Malik Riaz.

I am not a supporter of Bahria or Malik Riaz but a neutral observer and would still say that “ We shall not blame on intentions of others, May be Malik RIaz has more better rank in the Court of Allah.
I am highly inspired his charity work that everyone may see physically, one of them is Bahria DASTARKHAWN, where a lot of poor people are served with good quality food every day, two times.
May Allah bless him and his fair intensions.
Malik has set a standard living In Pakistan in economical price. Just compare Bahria’s life style VS Price with DHA… His name would write in Bold golden letters in the history of Pakistan (in the field of house development/construction and providing quality living standards).
Now coming to Awami Villas, I personally believe that awami villas would suffer because of certain real reasons, please explore.

Dear CS,
a) You have probably never been a victim of Bahria Town.
b)These false praises( Chamchageeri) has put our Nation into present crises and the truth is always taken as negative approach.
c)If Malik Raiz is so kind and good human being, then he should compensate the Awami Villas allotter by giving the present market price of his constructed awami villas which is a genuine option available to him to fulfill his promise made at the time of launching the scheme.

i had pail full amount 4 years ago from my meagre income for awami villa rawalpindi but still awaiting.curse on bt and curse on malik riaz and his supporters.dont believe on such looters in future.khuda is ka bara gharak kre.

I already clarified, that I am not supporting (chamchagiri) him or his scheme. But I was just highlighting his positive work and contribution.
He is not my phuphi da putar :P
Apart of Awami villas, rest other things with him was Ok, is it?
Though I am not a direct victim of Awami villas but still I can feel the pain of all victims, I would suggest you to take help of Media and blow this issue on mega scale instead burning ur hearts on forum or pointing his intensions (good or bad).

Just put awami villa case aside and let me know what I have wrote over and above about him? What false praise I did?? I just highlighted his good work e.g.
1- Bahria Dastarkhwan : No body can deny its existence.
2- Setting quality residential standards : NO ONE can challenge on this and Deny this fact..

Seed boss,.. False praises havn;’t put our nation to such crises but The Lack of appreciation to good work. We shall spread positive energy to all around. We shall think out of the box.

Again, I am writing that I am not his supporter, I m not his chancha, I m not promoting him , I have no house in Bahira, No Investment in Bahria and I m not a property agent.

BY this Bahria Town devalue 60, 8 Marla Commercial Plots .If Bahria need more money and there is no other option then Bahria Town can design the more commercial plot without destroy the 8marala commercial beautiful VIEW , I mean they can design plot direction main boulevard towards 8 Marla commercial. Current designing wrong direction is -------- ploting-----------. They can be like this.
