Can any one guide me?I have a plot in lda avenue.I have its transfer letter only and i have lost its other documents like payment dues,installment dues etc.
Kindly Guide me how i can recover that or get Duplicate of them?
2ndly Transfer letter is enough for the proof of plot(documents)?

I think it doesn't matter if you have transfer letter then it means you r real owner.Other documents like charges which you mention,are just formalities and noting else.However you can get duplicate from LDA office |

When a buyer buys a plot direclty from allotee, he first asks for all the documents related to payments, installments and dues. Not only the transfer letter! so the documents you have lost are of much much importance. Whether you can get duplicates from LDA office or not, you can ask this at LDA help line. However each and every document that you have for your file, a duplicate of it is always present there in the file that is in LDA's record |
