Garden Town / Elite Town Advise,

A sincere advises please:-
I have registered 20 marls plot in Garden town ferooze pur road Lahore (Purchsed 1991). Due to some reason this society has been flopped. Currently Society owner agreed to exchange this 20 Marla plot with 10 Marla plot in Elite Town.
Should I exchange or keep Garden town plot? What is further of Garden Town in future?

sir. what happend to u dont make the deal hes trying to make fool of u garden town plot price around 150lacto250 lac and elite town is only 15 to 20lac

Are you sure you are talking about Garden Town on Ferozpur Road,where as i remember there is only one GARDEN TOWN on ferozpur road,near Qadaffi Stadium,On Canal Bank,IF you meant to say the same area then think that you have won a lottery of millions,as samar said price is to 25000000.

He is not talking about New Garden Town which runs about 3 kilometers up and down of Kalma Chock on Ferozpur road.

Lahore Garden Housing scheme feroze pur road near kanna. Since long i am out of pakistan and i dont have any idea regarding current price.
