Can anyone please explain what does that phase 6 or phase 7 1 kanal allocation file means? Both these phases are already ballotted. There is no extension of these phases atleast for the moment, then what are these allocation files for? Furthermore, what will be its location? As i am new to forum, so not much aware of all terminologies. Many thanks in advance for your kind response.
