Basement or lower ground cost,

AoA,

I need to know the approximate cost to make a Basement or lower ground on a 10 Marla plot in Bahria town. I am just talking of it’s Grey structure with no finishing at all.

Please tell me price not that it is 1.5 of Ground floor etc..

I am constructing the grey-structured basement in Lahore at around PKR 1,500 per sqft.

waoo that is expensive bahi, only grey structure for 1500 /sqf ? it is double than groud floor :( so for 10 marla only grey strucrue of Baement will cost 33 Lakh that is a Huge amount just for a grey structure :S WIth finishing it will go to what 50 Lakh jsut Basement.

Are you sure about the price ?

yea! this is the most recent A class construction rates, with cement around 410, iron around 70,000 & bricks around 5,500 now c the calculations:
Basement 1200 sqft. @ 1,500
GFloor 1500 sqft. @ 900
FFloor 1200 sqft. @ 800
This gives average per sqft. PKR 1,050 approx. while if u go for w/o basement ur cost will be 855. u will be paying around Rs. 200 extra but u r saving the additional price of the plot, lets say PKR 1,000 per sqft., & having around 4000 sqft. covered area. Also enjoying the LT benefits associated to the basement.

All these calculation is based on 10 Marla plot in BT

By the way do you know how much is the covered area in sqft in a 10 Marla plot of Bahria town ?

I don't know about Bahria, usually 66% is allowed at the 10m plot

i don't agree with these figures. the costs are away too exaggerated. i built my house 22 marla for 35 Lakh the grey structure 3 story.

When i went to these building companies they were like over 100 lakhs. it has cost me a total of 65 Lakh at good finishing level.
