I want to know about the society named " LDA AVENUE 1 "
Whats the price range of 1 kanal plot there.
Specially in F Block (where i have heard possession is ready )on 120 feet road (in front of main commercial) and on 100 feet road (which is next to 120 feet road) in F block.I am interested in that.

If it is on the main road which is going towards Jublee town its price range is 50-60 (max). Once I offered for 37 or 38 F(I do not remember Exact Number)60 but owner did not sell.These plots price is bit high as these could become commercial after 5-10 yeras.

i also have noticed this thing that price of F block is higher than other and especially plots on 120 feet road (opposite to main commerical),there are really very much expensive.I am thinking to buy on 120 feet road but price is too high.What you will suggest?whats about on 100 feet road which is next to 120 feet road about commerical point of view?

Hi,

Do what your heart says. Plots on main(coming from Khaban-e- Jinnah -Shukat Khanam)and going towards canal through Jublee and Izmir seems better to me. F plots on 120- main, seems a better choice.If u give me ur contact e-mail I could give you direct contact No. of few owners in that block and you can directly deal with them. This could save you some money, as dealers are big fraud.

If you have any person contact information regarding 10 marla plot (corner will be better , then also send that information with plot no to me)and its demand.
