Dear experts,
I have 3 Mio and looking area to buy commercial plot of 5 Marla to make plaza after 2 years. Which area do you prefer to buy:
1. Bahria Town C
2. AWT-2
3. Valencia
4. Izmir
5. OPF Raiwind road
6. LDA avenue-1
Any other area not mentioned you can recommend nearby Thokar/canal.

i prefer izmir ....because it links lda avenue jubilee tricon mohlanwal......all societies are closed to each other....bahria town is so far .....it is also good choice.... i prefer u made plaza .....where all societies approched easily then ur plaza successful |

Among these Bahria Town, Valancia & Izmir are good for commercial plaza. If u compare the total investment vs future prospects than probably Bahria Town looks better option. |
