I am interested in buying a 10 or 12 marla house in askari 10 or askari 11. What is your opinion about choosing 10 or 11that will have upside potential. I am open to discuss other alternatives too. I need your professional advice .

Dr sahib thanks for email. I think its a very good option for investment gains and for rental income. Scheme is fraud free qabza group free and a great option for overseas Pakistanis.
Location is great and prices are still very low compared to DHA 5 where 10 marla houses go for 110 to 130 lacs. Askari 11 is far better option than DHA phase 5 Lahore 10 marla houses.

But arn't these Askari schemes have restrictions on sale and transfer? My understanding is that these can only be done on Power of Attorney, which have built in risks. Please advise if so.
I feel your comments should have this rider comment also.

i did visit Askari 11 some houses r complete & yes i agree to an extent with CMY sahib ,i went to the site office & i was told that no power of attorney but direct sale purchase with GHQ to issue allotment letters with a transfer fee to be paid so it is the first Askari in Lahore where power of attorney is no more required .Please check your self & then invest , |
