aoa,brothers can you comment on advantages and disadvantages of buying a 10 marla plot in Bahria town phase 8 Rawalpindi.

Advantage: Affordabale
Disadvantage: Not approved by CDA or RDA as of yet.
Also people who lives in Bahria Town Islamabad are constantly in fear of rumor that these phases are not approved and they may loose their property if Malik Riaz Dies. Ironic thing is that Malik Riaz or Bahria Admin never come clean on this issue.
I am not sure, but my understanding is that Lahore Bahria Town has no issue like this.
