Pardesi Sahib, this is with reference to your comments on post no 52514 dated 11 April. You have indicated grey structure cost of basement as Rs 1500 per sq ft. Please let us know if this cost includes the cost of Raft at the floor of basement. please also give construction details of the raft i.e. thickness etc. you may also give clear height of the basement. thanks.

Basement height from inside is 10.5ft. Raft's thickness is around 8-10" but thickness only doesn't mean anything it is the horizontal DPC 2" thick with concrete cubical frame alongwith layers of bitumen & jute cloth & a layer of polythene sheet for damp proofing. |
