Dear Sir,
This is a big help for the people who are living abroad and have no idea about property rates.JazakAllah, sir I need your openion that I want to invest from 25 lakh to 35 lakh for one year because next year I want to purchase house. So can you advise me in which area my investment will be better. Waiting for your reply thanks

Only Invest in DHA Lahore.
Specially in Phase 5-Ext File And Phase 7 Developed Plots.

get a plot in awt2 or fazaia. or can also think of OPF. u ll get 1 kanal in this amount in there and easy to sale on profit nowadays.

dear shafiq
i also lives in london, and visited lahore, i visited several socities and found edengardens ferozepure is an excellent location. i bought two houses there,at least eden is a reputation regardless its delay tactics,which i believe is not a serious matter,and now i heard that ferozepure is now looks more beautiful than pst when i visited. there is an interchange of ringroad near this society, which makes its approach more convienient and approachable.everyone having its own opinion, but i personally recommend edengardens of ferozepure road, it is ofcourse a landmark of future.
