Buying a home to rent out,

Dear all, I need your suggestion, which locality in lahore is best to buy a 10 marla or 1kanal house and then rent it out safely. Budget of buying is anything between 1 to 2 crore. Please reply with some analysis.

you should buy 3 new built house in Punjab Govt. Servant Housing Foundation Mohlanwal lahroe, one house price range from Rs. 75 -80 Lac and may get rent around Rs. 40 - 50K from one house and with passage of time you may get rent Rs. 60 - 70K and can multiply with three. This housing scheme is on excellent location Multan Road and on main canal.
