Dear AS,Shahid Khan and other brothers,

What would be reasonable price of such a house well built over 8 marla covered area of 3200 sq feet and location is really good?

I want to make him an offer.

Kind Regards

asas bhai, keeping in veiw pakistan current sutuation, i m not seeing any future in property, it is just a waist of time and even money, better to keep this 75 lakhs in behbood scheme, in national savings and u will earn nearly 96000 rupees per months exempt frm all taxes which means nearly 1152000/- a year.and ur amount will be double within five years, it is guaranteed. but in property who know and even nobody knows uwill loose or gain?

Shahid Bhai,
I have worked abroad & will retire soon without any pension. My house in Ali Block of Bahria Town has been completed recently. To ensure some income in my retired life I have purchased a 5 Marla commercial plot in sector "C" of Bahria Town Lahore & hope to build a commercial building on it. One of the reasons, apart from ensuring some rental income, is to have some small business of my own so that I have some activity to do. You know it is really difficult to sit idle in the old age.
Kindly advise whether my thinking is feasible or I should play safe & keep my money in the Behbood Scheme to ensure some income in the retired life. My sole purpose is to have a substitute of Pension.

Kind Regards.

Dear Shahid Khan Sahib and other brothers,

Very kind of you for yr advice.

How would you comment that rupee is getting devalued and in long run, property will give better returns as compard to 3 times growth if money is invested in defence certificates for 10 years. If you still believe, defence certicates are good, do comment please.

Regards

dear ag
i understand ur concerns, but what i believe to earn something on regular basis rather than to take risk.we cannot rely and trust on our unscrupolouse leadership who sold the dignity and faith of our land just for their own desire and sake. i also like u lives in england and wishes to invest in pakistan.but keeping in view the severe situation i m also planning to keep my money in national savings and then buy a property when feel the situation is in normal condition. this is my personal thinking and everyone have the right to do in their own interest.

dear jamal,
what about the people who bought files in phase 9/10 at the rate of 45/47 lakhs and now after 5/6 years its value is now around 15 lakhs, i think this example is far enough to understand the facts of property market
