Not bad society. Phase-1 fully developed. Phase-1 extension under development and will be handed over in June or july this year. Phase-2 under development will take a year to be developed as it is quite big compared to phase-1 I invested early last year in 1 plot in phase-1 and price rose about 70,000/- marla. |

They develop phase 1 very quickly and the phase 2 ,i think it took time of 1.5-2years to develop. However if you want residence within a year then i think phase 1 is perfect for you.Price is also very much reasonable and within the reach of a person. |

I visited SA Garden in the begining of March 2011. As sheikh abid said prices are reasonable but he did not mentioned the price. On the site i asked price from their employee like watch man he told me around 120 lakh. I went to their office then there was two or three clinet and a girl on reception attending the clients. I asked her for price she told 1.30 normal and 140 maximum. if you multiply it for 14 Marla 1.40 = 14 lakh. Now you can compare this price with all the Lahore societies and you will find in this prices in developed societies which are hundred time better almost the same price like LDA; Jubilee Town, izmir town, Baharian town or any otehr society. SA Garden has very small perhaps 15 or 20 wide street in the residential areas which will be more congusted while the house were made. Price wise it is not advisable to buy the plots, in flood prone area however the people belong to that area may have some attraction. |

@Hafeez, With reference to your pointing of Flooding, I am regular traveler on Lahore-Gujranwala highway since 1995. I have never witnessed this area/highway (since both are at same level) under flood in these years. |
