I have purchased on instalments a 1000 sqft plot in overseas sector 9 rawalpindi in 2004 and have so far paid approx.35000 pounds(44-46 lakhs in pakistani currency),I have to pay 2 more instalments + surcharge.Bahria wants me to pay 19000 pounds (26 lakhs) more.In total 70 lakhs approx.(although they said it is a corner boulevard plot and now it is in sector 3 Bahria phase 8).Please advise if I should go ahead and pay this money or ask Bahria to refund my money minus 10%-20%.

You are totally loosing game.In near future the current markeet prices will rapidly falls in Bahria sectors due to several reasons.You will see all reasons soon.I donot want to waste my time in arguments, with any one.Not worth . |
