I just want to know from 123 that if 1000 famlies are living there can it worth shot up to 40 lacs? i can give u lot of 10 malra in this society in less than half asking price.
Though not linked with comments of both but something must be realistic like CMY instead of ask pathan rate then come to steep acceptance rate.
