One person sold his 8 Marla commercial plot with char dewari, electric connection etc and this property he got as virasat from father. He has 3 brothers and 2 sisters who already signed stamp paper in his favor(plot seller) earlier as he(plot seller) paid them their share of virasat alongwith her mother share. but still registry under the name of his faher now i am struggling for 3 months but not able to get the fard as plot seller is always giving some excuse that patwari delaying fard ..already i paid 70% plot amount please advise best procedure to get transferred to my name said plot
