Need advise re overseas sector Bahria Rawalpindi
I have purchased on instalments a 1000 sqft plot in overseas sector 9 rawalpindi in 2004 and have so far paid approx.35000 pounds(44-46 lakhs in pakistani currency),I have to pay 2 more instalments + surcharge.Bahria wants me to pay 19000 pounds (26 lakhs) more.In total 70 lakhs approx.(although they said it is a corner boulevard plot and now it is in sector 3 Bahria phase 8).Please advise if I should go ahead and pay this money or ask Bahria to refund my money minus 10%-20%.

Shahid,,, you should fight for your rights otherwise socities are there to live on your money. They'll keep on asking and you keep on paying. Specially when you paid all what agreed initially. But problem is they dont disclose development chages or later they said development cost increase and you have to pay else your plot will be cancelled and you wont get any money. |
